PAWIKAN: The Filipino Radio in Zurich: Toboso

On April 19, 2026, the 79th Infantry Battalion of the Philippine Army killed 19 individuals, 9 of whom were civilians and 10 were members of the New People’s Army. The encounter occurred in Toboso, Negros Occidental, in central Philippines. The incident resulted in displacement of local residents, with reports indicating dozens of affected families.

Here today on Pawikan, we re-broadcast the press conference organized by Malaya-USA in remembrance and solidarity of their fallen friends/loved ones  who were included in massacre.
